Manuals for our process and productivity monitors are available.  Please use the Contact Page to request these documents.  Our Service Department is available to help you with your monitors. We can walk you through basic repairs and troubleshooting, or determine if other service is needed. Just contact us by phone (630) 393-4777 and/or  email impaxptg@aol.com

Remote Support via the Internet

IMPAX/SK monitors have an optional remote communication feature which allows our technicians to view monitor status through wireless Internet. We can diagnose and repair problems, and update software remotely.

Mail-In Support, Repair Service

Most monitors can be shipped to PTG, Inc. for repair or upgrade. Our technicians will diagnose and repair any problems. After the work is completed, the monitor will be put through a rigorous test to ensure real-world readiness. We can also provide you with loaner or replacement monitors. Normal charges will apply.

On-Site Support

Our technicians can travel to your facility to help with a variety of tasks, including pre-installation, sensor placement, monitor installation or repair, training, and more. Visits can be customized to meet your needs!

Field Service Program

Our Field Service Program entitles you to on-site service visits at a lower rate, with a discount on parts. Our technicians will create a customized schedule for service, training, and maintenance, based on your needs.  Contact us for more information.

Monitor Rentals

Rental Monitors are available for all our product lines, to allow you to keep your machines protected while your monitors are being serviced or repaired. 

Training

Training courses are available at our location, or can be presented on-site by one of our technicians. Remote sessions can also be setup via Zoom, Team-Meetings etc.
